Sam and Meg met in high school, grew up in the same town, and knew each other casually. They didn't start dating until years later, when they reconnected during their junior year of college and began talking through social media

Their first date lasted all day. They went to the driving range, had lunch at the Yarde House, and then visited each other's homes

Rhode Island seemed like the perfect place to propose. Megan loves it there and always calls it her "happy place." Her mom owns a house on Conimicut Point, so they wanted to capture the special moment there.
