COMMERCIAL | Real Estate Photos for Judy Croyle

I first met Judy when a friend of mine needed head shots and coordinated a group of ladies from her office to all come to the studio to update their photos. Judy was one of the ladies. Fast forward a few years later, I was thrilled when Judy contacted me to photograph her updated headshot. We started chatting and she had this really great concept, but needed a photographer to assist. She realized that with the right team, she could help sell properties quicker by working with a stylist and a photographer to really show off her clients property. What a success so far!

The first property we worked on together was a condo loft in North Providence on Woonasquatucket Ave. The listing was on MLS for only 10 days and her client accepted an offer. That’s unheard of!

The second property is currently pending. A 4 unit located in the heart of the Armory Neighborhood in Providence, RI. It had an open floor plan and original columns, hardwoods and 3 fireplaces throughout the building. Plus parking and a nice yard.

And the third property we just finished working on earlier this month was this outstanding loft in the historic Monohasset Mill in Providence, RI. This unit had a lot of character with exposed brick walls, original columns, unique copper clad doors, 3 walls of windows that overlooked downtown and the capitol building. And its located right next to the Steel Yard which is a great creative hub of local artists. This unit is also pending right now.

Judy helps bring buyers and sellers together and keeping a deal intact is the just one of the ways she sets herself apart. If you want a successful real estate transaction, give Judy a call and be sure to mention that you saw her on our blog:
