This was our second wedding this season that we photographed at the John Pierce House in Lincoln, MA. Gene and Susan had their ceremony off site at St. Irene’s Catholic Church in Carlisle, MA.
We photographed the immediate families after the ceremony and headed over the the John Pierce House for photos of the bridal party and of the newlyweds. Susan had a few photo ideas that she wanted to try and was also open to our suggestions as well.
Cocktail hour took place on the side porch and their tented reception took place on the front lawn. While the weather was a little overcast and brought in some light rain, we were still have to take all of the photos outside, including their sparkler send off at the end of the night!
Fun fact: Susan and her Mom made all of the centerpieces! Guests enjoyed a plated dinner by Swartz Catering Company, Inc; music and Photo Booth provided by Arpeggio Wedding Entertainment and Cake from Konditor Meister.
What Gene and Susan had to say about working with us as their wedding photographers: “We used Nicole Gesmondi as our wedding photographer and we are thrilled we chose her! Nicole was a pleasure to work with. She is very reliable, responded quickly to our questions, and makes the effort to understand what we wanted. The quality of Nicole’s work is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable about photography and is also very creative. Our special day will be remembered forever with Nicole’s amazing photos. We highly recommend Nicole Gesmondi.”
