Working closely with the Bride’s Mom, Susan; Cary and Sam planned their Rhode Island Wedding from New York City at Cary’s families summer residence. What a beautiful spot for a wedding! Newport Tent provided a large tent for the event and guests enjoyed food stations and beverages by Russell Morin Catering & Events.
While I was with Cary, who got ready at her parents summer cottage; Paul was in Middletown at the hotel with Sam and the groomsmen. The ceremony took place at United Congregational Church in Little Compton. One of the photos below captures the Bride reading her vows to the Groom. As she was mentioning how “there is no rush” in getting married when you find the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. Who supports and loves you no matter what. It was really sweet!
Family photos were taken in front of the church after guests had left and continued at Brigg’s Beach for bridal party photos and photos of the newlyweds.
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn playing Jenga, Cornhole and various lawn games. Beautiful florals designed by Sayles Livingston lined the tent and lanterns were on the porch. Tuscan styled tables were set up under the tent while the band was setting up. The Band, Groove Authority, was a-mazing and had EVERYONE up and dancing. What a fun night!
